Shock in unfamiliar role: Sitting out the Finals

The Shock ventured to Indiana on Thursday 3-0 in the playoffs and the winner of 12 of its previous 14 games.
The team left the Hoosier state 0-2 and was denied a fourth straight berth in the WNBA Finals with a 72-67 loss to the regular-season Eastern Conference champions.
