Elimination games not new to Mercury

WNBA Friday, October 9th, 2009

As Mercury players and coach Corey Gaines have said before, “There are champions on this team.”

So this is nothing new. Nothing of concern.

The Mercury and the Indiana Fever play Friday night, Game 5, one final game at US Airways Center to determine the WNBA championship. At night’s end, there is only bliss or burden.
