Sports Katina Mandylaris hits 1,000-point mark in Viterbo’s loss to Bemidji State

Viterbo University women’s basketball coach Bobbi Vandenberg was happy to pause Thursday night and give Katina Mandylaris her due.

Mandylaris deserved to have the spotlight to herself for a moment. The senior forward surpassed 1,000 career points during the first half of the V-Hawks’ nonconference game against Bemidji State University at Beggs Gymnasium.
