Purdue women seek winning trifecta

Three straight opponents, three different styles. That’s what awaits the Purdue women’s basketball team in this weekend’s Basketball Travelers Classic at Mackey Arena. The Boilermakers host Seattle University tonight, followed by matchups against Dayton (Saturday) and Georgetown (Sunday).

“They’re three totally different teams, which is good because you’re going to have different lineups and see what works well,” Purdue coach Sharon Versyp said.
