Bad luck strikes Ramblers’ McKeown again

The senior season for Loyola guard Meghan McKeown is yet to get underway.

The daughter of Northwestern women’s basketball coach Joe McKeown signed to play for her father in November, but just before the season Meghan pulled the hamstring in her right leg during practice. McKeown missed Loyola’s first seven games before returning part-time in the Ramblers’ 51-35 victory over St. Benedict Dec. 7.

In her next game, McKeown suffered a concussion when her head hit the floor while taking a charge in Loyola’s 49-43 loss at Resurrection Dec. 8.
