4th-ranked UAA women stay perfect with victory

uaaDon’t be fooled by the 14-point winning margin in the latest win by the UAA women’s basketball team.

The fourth-ranked Seawolves got all they could handle from unranked Grand Canyon University in Saturday night’s finale of the AT&T Classic.

In a back-and-forth game the Seawolves never claimed control of until the final few minutes and never led comfortably until the last two minutes when Grand Canyon kept sending them to the free throw line, UAA beat the Antelopes 84-70 to remain undefeated.
